Frank R. SideriusA partner in Siderius Lonergan & Martin, Frank Siderius has been an advisor and litigator for more than 30 years. In addition to an active practice advising businesses and financial institutions, Frank has tried cases in state and federal courts at trial and appellate levels. He has handled cases involving business disputes, creditor’s rights, personal injury, wrongful death, real estate, insurance defense, and probate and estate issues.

Frank advises financial institutions and credit unions on all banking issues, including regulatory compliance. He has expertise on financial transactions, creditor's rights, real estate, business formation and transactions and estate planning.

Frank joined Siderius Lonergan & Martin in 1977. He has been recognized as a Washington Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics magazine, and he is committed to providing pro bono legal services.
