Michael E. SideriusMichael Siderius’ primary practice is civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on representation of creditor’s rights in bankruptcy. In addition to representing more than a dozen local credit unions and several nationwide finance companies, Mike has handled cases at the trial and appellate level in both state and federal court and has tried jury and non-jury cases. Those cases range from construction disputes to personal injury and from probate to maritime lien foreclosures. He has advised clients on business acquisitions and sales. In real estate matters, he has represented homeowners, purchasers, and homeowner’s associations, and has served as a foreclosing trustee.

Mike regularly conducts a roundtable discussion forum for his credit union clients, and is a member of the Northwest Credit Union Collectors Association.

A member of the Washington State Bar Association since 1995, Mike is licensed to practice in all courts in Washington, including the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. He is a member of the Muckelshoot Tribal Court roll of attorneys and has practiced before the Muckelshoot, Tulalip and Sk’allum Tribal Courts.

Mike has provided volunteer legal services to Catholic Community Services and has coached soccer for the Catholic Youth Organization for more than eight years.
